Shipping and Returns Policy
It is my policy to ship within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Since I am my only employee, there may be times when I am not able
to ship right away. If I know I will be gone for an extended period, I
will post my schedule on this page.
I normally ship using USPS Priority Mail with expected delivery to be 2
or 3 business days. The USPS does not guaranty the schedule.
Orders containing shock have to be shipped by surface mail and
may take up to 12 days to deliver. Most packages arrive on time and
in good condition. Once I drop off the package at the Post Office, I no
longer have control over the handling of the package, therefore I
recommend adding insurance to protect your order. If your package
is insured and is damaged, you will have to present the package to
the post office with the box, packing materials and product to verify
the damage. Once I have documentation of the damage, I will ship
replacements. Please call me immediately, as I will have to file the
claim with the USPS.

Once the product has been shipped, I cannot resale the product due
to possible tampering or the seal has been broken, therefore I do not
accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with the EcoOne products,
please contact Pacific Sands at 877-492-8123 with 60 days.
My goal is to have your return business, so If there is a problem, I will
work with you to resolve the problem.

right to privacy is important us. I will not send spam emails or
create email lists for automated mailings. If you have made a
purchase from me, I may send a occasional email with sale
information regarding future purchases. If at any time you wish
not to receive these emails, please let me know and I will put you
